Prognosis Toxic Nodular Goiter
Prognosis pada toxic nodular goiter (TNG) atau Plummer disease dipengaruhi oleh derajat hipertiroidisme saat diagnosis, usia pasien, keberadaan komorbid, serta ketepatan waktu intervensi. Komplikasi mencakup fibrilasi atrium, gagal jantung, dan kardiomiopati.[1,7,11,15]
Komplikasi
Komplikasi pada toxic nodular goiter dapat terjadi karena keterlambatan penatalaksanaan ataupun akibat efek samping tata laksana.
