Beberapa penyakit kulit pada diabetes mellitus dapat ditangani dengan penggunaan pelembab. Diketahui bahwa diabetes mellitus dapat menyebabkan gangguan metabolisme kulit yang berakibat timbulnya penyakit kulit.[1]
