ALODOKTER is looking for doctors to participate in our community and support our insurance product. Our objective is to provide the right information to our policyholders so they can make the best decision for their health.
What will You Do:
• Provide comprehensive and easy-to-understand information/recommendation to our policyholders based on scientific sources
• Answer questions by showing professionalism, genuine care, and excellent service
• Maintain our policyholders’ medical cases
• Share knowledge with all our team of doctors
• Working in a shift-based (4hours/shift) minimum of 24 hours/week in Alodokter Office
• Participate in our doctor community
What We are Looking For:
• Degree in medicine is required
• Excellent medical knowledge
• Have a license to practice medicine (Surat Izin Praktik/SIP)
• Ability to read English medical sources
• Have a high curiosity in exploring policyholders’ questions and be creative in the process due to the limitation of physical examination.
• Ability to explain complex scientific information in easily understandable language
• Good Indonesian writing skills
• Love to discuss medical cases and have an open mind to receive feedback
• Experience as an interactive medical advisor is a plus

Alo dr. Tini,
Untuk Insurance Medical Advisor bekerja dengan sistem shift, yaitu 4 jam/shift di mana minimum 24 jam per minggu di kantor Alodokter, dok.
Namun, tentunya untuk kondisi saat ini kami mengikuti protokol kesehatan baik dari pemerintah maupun Alodokter itu sendiri. Hanya saja, tetap ada saat nya wajib datang ke kantor Alodokter.
Bila ada yang tertarik sangat terbuka untuk mengirimkan dokumen ke email tertera ya, Dok ;)
